Delicious Shakeology Protein Smoothie

Have you ever heard of Shakeology? If not, let me sum it up for you really quick; it tastes amazing, it’s a meal replacement and the health benefits? PSHHHHH, don’t get me started…

Too late! I’ve already started! I’ve had Shakeology for about five months now, and I love it!


It makes you feel amazing (no joke) and here’s some of the facts:

  1. It’s loaded with exotic superfoods and powerful phytonutrients
  2. It is a whole-food formula for optimal nutrition
  3. No artificial sweeteners, flavors, preservatives, or colors (aka junk)
  4. Helps support regularity and healthy digestion
  5. Helps with healthy weight loss
  6. Gives you energy

That’s a lot of health benefits, huh? It’s much better than just having that sugary cereal for breakfast or a plain grilled cheese for lunch… Don’t get me wrong I know those taste good sometimes but, this stuff will help you out in the long run! At the moment I have the Café Latte Shakeology and at first I was in love with the flavor, but after having the same one for how ever many months we’ve been on it I’m ready to try a new exciting flavor! I would still highly recommend this one, though! It can taste like a frappuccino from Starbucks when made properly!

Here’s how I make mine:

  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop Café Latte Shakeology
  • Handful of ice

You could stop there and blend everything together or, here are a few things I like to add on for an extra boost…

  • Handful of spinach (you can’t taste it, I promise)
  • Tbsp of organic honey
  • Tbsp of almond butter
  • Blueberries

I don’t do all of those together, I’ll pick one or two depending on my mood. I’ll bet they all would taste good together anyway, but I’m just being honest.
