Banana Almond Butter Smoothie

Creamy, sweet and just a tad bit salty from the almond butter…  This banana almond butter smoothie is AMAZING!

This smoothie can work as a healthy snack, post workout pick-me-up, or in my case… Meal replacement.


I finally did it, guys! I got my wisdom teeth out. All I remember is talking to my oral surgeon about yoga. I heard him say something about trying “Broga” (bro yoga) and I was out! Then, what felt like five minutes later, I woke up to the lovely sound of myself snorting. I cried for no reason and laughed at myself. It wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it would be, but my jaws sure are sore!

With my jaws being sore, that means I can’t chew worth a crap (duh).  So, in the midst of all of this, my Mama made me this delicious smoothie. I thought I would share it with you guys, because I know, even when I can chew again, I’ll still crave this stuff!

All you need:

  1. 2 cups Blue Dimond Vanilla Honey Almond Milk (you can use whatever milk you prefer)
  2. half of a ripe banana
  3. 1 scoop of Jay Robb Vanilla Egg White Protein Powder
  4. 1 cup of ice

Just blend everything until smooth and enjoy!

I’ll get back to watching netflix and cuddling my kitty cat now!
