Fat Burning Oatmeal

This fat burning oatmeal tastes like cinnamon rolls, peanut butter and banana all mixed up into a bowl!

I consider myself a morning person, unless I have to wake up before 7.  But, part of the reason of me being a “morning person” is because I love breakfast! I love all the healthy meal options you have (I also love the unhealthy options, too, I just try to stay away from them).  It’s just like a fresh start to eat clean and have a good day.  I just love it!

This fat burning oatmeal is my number one go-to for breakfast, not because of the “fat burning” part, though…  It seriously tastes like heaven!  The best way for me to describe it is like, walking into a bakery, getting a cinnamon roll, putting almond butter, banana and blueberries all over it and calling it healthy.

So, here’s the recipe for pure happiness (that is, if you’re an oatmeal lover like me)

  • 1/2 cup old fashion oatmeal  (old fashioned oatmeal has more nutrients that quick oats)
  • 1 tbsp chocolate PB2  (PB2 has 85% less fat that regular peanut butter)
  • 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk  (almond milk has 50% more calcium than regular milk)
  • 1 tsp organic coconut oil  (coconut oil is good for everything and one of them is it burns fat)
  • 1 tbsp organic almond butter (burns fat)
  • 1/2 banana (optional, you can use any fruit you prefer)
  • 1/4 cup blueberries (blueberries burn belly fat and help memory)\
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (cinnamon is good for your heart)

Directions:

First, I mix my oatmeal with almond butter and PB2.  Then, I just scoop almond butter and coconut oil on top and heat in the microwave for 50 seconds.  I stir that all together.  Then, I add the banana and blueberries, then sprinkle the cinnamon on top.  Also, I pour a little more almond milk on top to cool it down.
Then, you’re finished!

Thank the Lord for this oatmeal because it is heavenly!

I hope you all enjoy!
