I drink it after every workout and it never gets old!  I actually look forward to having it!  Other than the fact that it tastes great, it’s wonderful for you!

Flaxseed is great for your eyes, chia seed is great for your hair, proteins great for the booty, peanut butter, cocoa and almond milk give it the wonderful flavor and make your heart happy!  Well, it does mine.

Here’s the recipe:

  1. 2 tbsp flaxseed (grind it first before adding anything else)
  2. 1 tbsp oatmeal
  3. 1 tsp chia seeds
  4. 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  5. 1 scoop vanilla whey protein (I use Jay Robb Protein)
  6. 1-2 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
  7. 2 tsp cocoa powder
  8. hand full of ice cubes
  9. add as much honey as you want

 

 

Blend until smooth.  I use my Nutribullet to blend everything up.  It works like magic!  Serve and enjoy!
