These Foods Could Help Clear Up Your Skin

One of the most annoying things (other than actually getting acne) is having some nice little scars left over. Some people have it worse than others because they don’t take care of the issue properly.

The problems may not be your skin itself. It might be something on the inside like, poor diet, stress, picking/scratching, allergic reactions and so on. If you seriously want to see a drastic change in your skin, you have to be willing to make some drastic changes in your lifestyle.

Here is a list of some foods that you should and shouldn’t be eating that could help clear up your skin.

Your skin (nor body) likes food that contain/are:

  • Sugar
  • Processed
  • Starch
  • Grease
  • Fried
  • Bleached
  • Artificial
  • MSG
  • High Fructose Corn Syrup

All of that crap will ruin you! Trust me, I know it’s hard to avoid some of it but if you try the best you can, your body and skin will thank you!

Food your skin and body will love:

  • Tuna
  • Salmon
  • Blueberries
  • Papaya
  • Lemon
  • Carrots
  • Spinach
  • Almonds
  • Chia Seeds
  • Sweet Potato

Also, I cannot stress this enough.. YOU NEED TO DRINK WATER! We all need it in order for our bodies to function. Just try drinking nothing but water for a straight week and see how good you feel! Fist thing in the morning have two full glasses of water.
